just came back fm a v full dinner that was thrown by dear's 3rd uncle. turns out that he was promoted, so "qing ke" to the extended family wor, so nice rite? cant imagine my extended family doing the same thing AT ALL, hahha.... so we went to eat at this restaurant at vivo, 3rd floor, called imperial herbal something. its just beside the Daiso shop... dinner was sup to start at 730, bt i reached there late cos rushin down from client's place n hav to wait for the mgr to finis reviewing the files first loh. anyway, i reached there ard 745 :( luckily dear was late too, so he waited a while for me at the ground floor. so we were the last two to reach, so paiseh....
anyway, dinner was lk 5 or 6 courses i tink. food was v gd!! every dish was so nice!! esp like the third dish where we had deep fried prawns in fruit salad basket. so its tangy and sweet at the same time... another nice dish was the dessert, where fried pieces of yam and tapioca were fried in malt sugar. so wen its served, u hav to quickly dip the pieces into ice to solidify it.... yumsss!!!
would recommend the restaurant to anyone!!! very nice food + scenary (Sentosa sea view) + transport is easy. :)
there's another family dinner with dear's extended family to celebrate his aunt coming back frm HK, bt this time is dear's parents treating loh. hope can finis work in time to go down for the dinner, tho its further fm client's place.... so nt sure whether can make it anot... fm clementi to kitchener road leh...hmmmm
