first day back to work... or not!!!

well, today sup to b the first day back to work, bt woke up with heavy rain (so nice to slp!) and a slight slight sore throat, so decided to call in sick, hehehhehe....

anyway, din slp at all last nite!! i duno y :( mayb its the heavy dinner n i go force myself to lie on bed wif tt rock-hard tummy. so i was jus lyin here n there in the bed n sofa bt cant slp, sigh... so then i decided nt to torture myself by gg to work.

in the aftnn, weather was those chilly cloudy type, so i decided to go lib n research up on the weddin stuff. mum wanted to go along n read newsp, so left dad at hm (cos he drowsy fm med n jus wana slp it off). so then we trotted to the lib wif e trolley bag n laptop. racked thru lk 2.5 rows of weddin books. lib staff came n ask me if the bks on e floor i wan, n i so embrassed... there were lk 20+ books on the floor, hee.. so then i ploughed thru e bks n decided 2 borrow 2 bks on hw to save money n 2 weddin mags. cos those weddin planner bks nt relevant to local leh, all tok abt church, weddin stationary, choose music, deco garden reception etc. for us chinese its e weddin banquet tt's e killer. not e gown mah.

tinkin whether can plan tog wif lian, can hav gp discount or share weddin mags/resources. haha... tinkin mayb tell the whole gp first? bt anyway lian had done much le, so duno if on par anot. well, at least can hav a weddin buddy, haha... well kip in mind to tok 2 her soon.

went to tang jie's (jia jia) weddin

din go to the tea ceremony/lunch reception yest, so got to meet up wif all my dad's side relatives today. as expected, nt much things to talk abt. was feelin bored all the way. lucky got e hapi feelin of wearin the ring to kip me alive thruout the whole dinner. a-too-loud-for-my-liking elder cousin sittin on my left and my mum tokin to another relative on my right. so i jus spend my time mostly observin the deco n the wait staff, hahaha...

took some pics on the weddin on my hp, unfortunately saved it on the new laptop which had prob uploadin pics, so i'll post them here another time.

anyway, the highlight of the dinner was prob me harbouring the secret tt its my turn next yr, bt stil pretending to smile smile wen ppl ask me abt it, hahahahhahaha.... evil lil' me! *hiaks*

broke news to parents

dear told my parents over dinner at my hse yest le, came by aft his first day at CS... surprisingly they din hav much of a rxn, nt lk "reali!??!"... hahaha, i guess tt's me la, cos tt's wat i would say, ahhaha. i was so excited abt tellin them, ahaha, its diff to kip a secret! n i cant stop gigglin wen dear was preparing/waitin to tell them, hehehe....

anyway, now hav to plan abt my resignation, the hse, ROM and chinese dinner... so confused, duno which one to do first or hw to go abt doin it... bt i'm hapi!!!

i'm gonna get married!

dear proposed tis morn, in the new suite tt we moved into.... dear requested for the super suite rm for tis special day so we can spend it in luxury b4 we fly off tom....

i cried wen i saw the ring, n i jus remained in his arms crying for duno how long, haha... he din even have to ask the qn cos i jus started cryin wen i saw the ring between his fingers. then he jus laughed n hugged me, kekeke! yes, of cos later he asked then i said yes n cried somemore, n he slided the ring into my finger.

i was so touched, i cant believe he planned so much surprises for me throughout the whole trip. from accomodation to shopping to food. reali v touched. n basically i dun believe tt its happenin.... u see, he was always tellin me "nt in the near future", cos due to many factors such as his job, his age, my charc, etc... so i always tot tt it would b at least another 2 -3 yrs....

i cant believe it tt i'm gettin married!!!! i'm so hapi now... it feels so blissful to be able to look at him in a new light, and know tt we will be spending our lives together soon. :)
