i dun tink i'm prepared to have a child. thinkin abt handling a kid and having to put the kid first for the rest of my life... dun tink i can juggle my work n family requirements, at least definately not my current job. it scares me to tink abt it. already sacrificed my career for the wedding, to have to sacrifice the rest of my life for the kid? i duno. educating and nuturing the kid is also a problem, because there is definately going to be a generation gap. i mean, ya the easiest is when its a baby cos there is min requirements. bt wen it grows up, woah, a total different story loh. gonna hav to change lifestyle, furniture, habits, everythin to accomodate it. n i dun tink i'm ready for all that now. i like the life now, carefree and sometimes single (or currently single, since dear is away for 3wks), and i cant imagine having to put down all that. sigh, plus all the negative things abt a housewife (naggy, auntie, husband hav affair, husband think wife is stupid, old etc). sighhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...
its reali the modern ironic cycle, self-love of individual vs self-sacrifice.

feeling lost
and confused. nv expected it to happen. broken words n lies everywhere.
Where do we go from here?
This isn't where we intended to be
We had it all, you believed in me
I believed in you
Certainties disappear
What do we do for our dream to survive?
How do we keep all our passions alive,
As we used to do?
-- "You Must Love Me", from the movie "Evita"

tinking of longchamp
been thinkin of tis bag for the past 2 days. should i get it? its a limited edition from the 2008 collection. costs S$288.... the pink is so sweet right?? the best part is there is a series of diff comic pics embossed on the bag, so the chances of bumping into sm1 with the same bag is much smaller, hahah!
"This is the new fantasy theme for Le Pliage bags. Its an original design for Longchamp created by the French illustrator Robert Wagt. Each bag is an episode of the comic strip that tells the story of a fashion victim and her very active life, from Paris to New York as well as Saint-Tropez and who, after all her travelling finally finds rest at home, in London, Tokyo or maybe Sydney.
Small, lightweight nylon tote with leather double shoulder straps and snap flap. Embroidered accents. Top zip closure.
Folds up for travel use.
Dimension: 21x21x14cm"
